Cycling
Warwickshire has literally hundreds of footpaths, tracks, canal
towpaths and disused railway lines to ride (or walk) along. They
range from gentle, mainly flat paths the longer, more strenuous
routes, for the more serious cyclist.
Usually there is no shortage of pubs and restaurants to be found
along the way for refreshment's. There are, of course, many places
to choose from to stay overnight whether you require a campsite or a
cosy bed and breakfast.
There are several books, maps and guides about Warwickshire available
in our Book Store giving details of the many
places to visit.
Below are details of routes, cycle & outdoor equipment shops and
maps covering the area:
Specific Long Routes:
The Lias Line - 20
miles from Rugby to Warwick
West Midlands Cycle Route - 163 miles from Oxford to Derby
